Shipping
Free shipping for all orders. We used to process shipping on the same business day （From Monday to Saturday before 4:00 pm. exclude holiday） once we receive your order placement. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracker number by email once we ship out your order. It will take two to three business days delivery to customers.

Return Policy
Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of received. Please carefully review our Return Policy details and conditions below. We reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Return Policy, at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Return Policy periodically for changes. This Return Policy is only applicable for products purchased directly from homerionusa.com.
Merchandise Return Procedure
RMA Number:
Customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from e-mailing at info@homerionusa.com. Any products sent to warehouse without an valid RMA number will not receive a refund. The return products must be received by warehouse within 15 days after the RMA number being generated.

Packaging:
Please kindly re-pack the product in its original box, or a box of equivalent strength. The unit should be packed in the same manner as it came to prevent damage in shipping. Please return everything that was in the original box, including any free items if applicable.

Return Address:
Our Support Team will provide customer with our warehouse address to return the merchandise when issuing the RMA number.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customer is responsible for the return shipping fees on all products, unless the return is due to our error or manufacturer defect.

Order Cancellation
Customer can cancel the order for any item provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. The item cannot be cancelled if it has already shipped out. However, customer can return the item for a full refund (purchase price excluding shipping and handling).
Refunds

All refund amounts will be based on our Return Policy. Refunds will be issued back to the original method(s) of payment for the order within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned products. All packages will be inspected to determine the condition of the returned products.

Full refund (purchase price excluding shipping and handling) - If item is completely unused and returned in their original, unopened packaging.

50% re-stocking fee from purchase price-– If the item is used, non-defective, item packaging is opened, or items are missing parts.

We do not accept returns & refunds if the item is in damaged condition.
